To customize your email accounts in Outlook 2003, go to

Tools > Options >

Select the Mail Setup tab from the Options dialog, and click E-mail Accounts.

Select the relevant email account and click Next.

Select

>More settings

Go to the advanced tab.

Check the box under Delivery

Leave a copy of messsages on the server.

Check the option for

Remove from the server after  ___ days.

Insert "10" into the days field.
